Walt: Identify ways to improve our physical well-being
Task description:This helps us with our active health & rapid functioning in fitness.Our progressive
energy strength in fitness also helps keep our body healthy.
Today we made a character with words that describe what keeps your body healthy and fit.
My three goals
1.Sleep a bit earlier
2.Eat healthy food in the Morning & at Night
3.Bring healthy food to school and go out for fitness runs
