Immersion Assembly 2020
On the 12th of October 2020 Pt England School held they're first Assembly of the Term Pt England Schools Immersion Assembly. The first act was performed by the Senior Management Team who performed an amazing art piece of our school logo but with a different bird in the center, Our new uniform will have a Kuaka - (Godwit bird) in the center of the logo.
Our second Act of the Term was from team 1. For Team 1 they're movie was all about art comparing, They dressed up and compared to many types of art.
Then there was Team 2, They're movie was all about learning more about art from different parts of the world (Cultural art). They're are learning about different arts from across the world.
Then there was Team 3, Team 3 had a paper tart out and lots of different paints and they didn't use normal paint brushes they used Water guns and used those water paints to squirt the paint onto the tart to create a rainbow type of effect.
The next Movie was from the Team 4 Teachers, Team 4 Teachers hadn't thought of a movie idea so Mr.Goodwin decided to Screen Record they're conversation about what the kids would be learning about this term, They are also going to be studying different art pieces from around the world, They would be studying more about those art pieces more into the term.
Then finally my favorite act, Team 5. Team 5 teachers performed a live act in front of the whole school based on artifacts from across the world. The teachers dressed up and acted as if they were a Artifact themselves. Ms Moala and Ms V acted as tourist exploring a new world of art.

Why do we need school? (Writing)
Why do we need school?
Introduction:
What is school? School is a Educational system that helps kids to learn more about the outside world and not just the place they live in but more importantly other countries around the world.
Body paragraph 1:
School is important for kids to learn more about social meetings and it can mostly help with your future job and most importantly your future.
In collage, when choosing subjects those subjects would mainly lead to learning more about your dream job which your subject teacher will help you experience more of.
Body paragraph 2:
When learning about school you will learn more about Maths,Literacy and Socialising skills because those are the 3 mains and importance of getting a job.
Body paragraph 3:
Each and every school contains a principal that leads and takes charge of the school, There is also a backup principal known as a deputy principal.
School is available for all kids ages between 5 and 16.
Conclusion:
School will help kids push themselves but not only that it helps them build confidence and leadership skills.
It can also encourage more of your child and it can teach your child more about life and its future.
